Decorative Stone

Cultured stone is one of our specialties, we have competitive prices and we're quite picky about how it looks. We don't reveal any broken or cut stones everything visually seen is natural which we think is unique in this line of work. We insure a proper blend of color and size broadcasting evenly. This particular one is something we really enjoy. It's a lot of fun and it really makes the projects look great.

Concrete

We offer broomed finish and stamped concrete finish for our exterior concrete services. We offer a smooth finish for interior concrete services. Installing concrete encompasses nearly 80% of our business. There's a lot that can go wrong when pouring concrete. Having a team like ours ensures that everything goes smoothly and if something does go wrong it ensures a proper solution. We manage our times perfectly as the finish that's received is time sensitive. We round all of our edges. Our slabs hold a consistent thickness throughout. Our base material is always virgin or compacted. We don't overwater the surface to make things easy, we create a long-lasting and durable product.

Block Foundations

& Basements

Block work is another one of our favorites. We currently are subcontracted by one of the biggest home development companies in Michigan, C&M homes. We of course do our own foundations and basements. For the bigger jobs we will subcontract the excavating and for the smaller jobs we'll excavate it ourselves. We install the tile, pea Stone, tar, insolation, vapor barriers, concrete caps, The whole nine yards.

Building

We build pole barns, garages, additions, sheds, etc. we don't usually build entire homes from start to finish however it's not out of our skillset just uncommon for us. We do some roofs but usually subcontract them. We have people to do our electrical, plumbing, and mechanical Services. The bulk of our building is garages, pole barns, and framing. We follow all standard building codes and practices. We hand select our lumber and do our own deliveries of material when available to ensure nice straight components. We ensure that our structures are rigid square and level.

Renovations / Remodel

Throughout the winter months we fill our schedules with interior finish work. Drywall, flooring, countertops, cupboards, sinks, bathtubs, toilets, trim, doors, backsplash tile, painting, etc. we've even made custom cupboards upon request which is kind of pricey but comes out much nicer than some store-bought cupboards. The cupboards in the image above were made by us in our shop. When it comes to interior design we have lots of natural experience. We are fully alert to the fine details of your walls, trim, and floors. We like to make each project as flawless as we can, usually beating common industry standards.
